4 session programme inc a taster session, delivered by Sustainable Communities for community members, including those with protected characteristics, or economically disadvantaged, to reduce their carbon footprint within the challenging cost of living and wider economic crisis; programme can be delivered to groups of adults as well as young people aged 14 , bringing together community members to make better choices and consume more responsibly.
- To give participants an overview of links between how addressing climate issues can impact on cost of living pressures.
- To discuss consumer choice and provide examples of lower carbon choices.
- To give participants an opportunity to select a particular area that they would like to work on and devise and implement a plan.
